Saturday mornings are special. I do not have to go to work, so it is left for time of reflection and relaxation. This consists of grabbing my favorite iced coffee and cuddling up. And now, my morning Saturday post!
I know there are plenty of fellow bloggers and readers that simply do not have time to hit the gym this morning, in my case, the gym down the road closed, so I am stuck in my small, dorm room to have a quick sesh.
My Saturday At- Home Workout is high intensity, but you don't need much space or equipment!
I usually do this 3 or 4 times to get a good workout in before my boyfriend gets off his shift and to get me active in the morning!
